Facility

We are proud to provide a state-of-the-art facility for the highest quality dental care available. It is one of our top priorities to protect the well-being of our valued patients. For this reason, our office meets and surpasses all OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration) and CDC (Center for Disease Control) standards. We are confident that you will feel right at home in our office as we welcome all patients as if they were family.

Philosophy

Dr. Gordley listens to each patient's needs and desires and then crafts an ideal treatment plan to suit their needs.  Patients will  be presented with all of the possible treatment options and then choose a plan that suits them.  We have found that different patients desire different levels of care.  We offer three levels of care that patients are asked to choose from so that we may tailor your care to your desires:

1)  Emergency:  These patients only desire treatment for their immediate needs.  They will consider us their home office, but they are not interested in any findings beyond the one that has brought them in.  These patients are usually in pain and want relief.

2)  Basic:  These patients desire semi-annual cleanings and want to know if they have any existing problems that need to be addressed such as cavities or gum disease.  These patients want preventive care, and would like to avoid any painful visits to the office.  These patients do not desire care beyond "what their insurance covers."

3)  Complete:  These patients want the same things as the basic patient, but would also like to know how their smile can be improved and maintained.  They are willing to have a complete set of photos and models made, and would like to restore or maintain their teeth both cosmetically and functionally.  These patients understand that their needs and/or desires may go beyond what their insurance covers.

 

 

Appointments

If you would like to make an appointment, please contact our office by phone or email.  Our office facilitates communications and emergency calls and appointments are available and welcome, especially for new patients seeking help.  We always do our very best to run on schedule.  We understand that your time is valuable too!  Please understand that we treat patients one at a time whenever possible, and we will not "cut corners" to keep on schedule.  Each patient will recieve an exceptional level of treatment.

Financial

We will be more than happy to submit all insurance forms for you and help you recover the most from your benefits. We will do everything we can to help you afford the treatment you need and want. For patients who require major work, a complete payment plan is designed with an appropriate payment schedule. Forms of payment accepted by the office are check, cash, or any major credit card.  We offer no interest financing for up to one year through Care Credit and Citibank financing.  Please inquire about these services.

Cancellation

If you are unable to keep an appointment, we ask that you kindly provide us with at least 24 hours notice. We ask for this advance notice so that we can offer this appointment to another patient. A fee may be charged if a patient does not show up for an appointment without sufficient notice.
